Trip 57/58 - Saturday & Sunday - November 22nd / 23rd
Decided to have Island Sunset shrink wrapped and need to prepare it to make the tent happen.
I will share, I know the math and I know 2800 pounds of lead in the keel will offset my standing/working at the bow and the whole thing will not tip over on the cradle, -but-, I still crawl out there to do something and stretch as far as I can. My mother raised no dummy and I do not want the sucker to tip over!
So there ...

Time to crawl up the ladder and mount a 2x6 to hold up the aft end of the mast, off the deck.

Then the front. See the snow on the deck? Stuff was slippery too.

All the shiny wires bundled and wrapped very, very neatly.

The harbor. All empty now. Except for some ducks and sea gulls.

Mast all set in the rear.

And parts forward. I took 1" pvc tubing, drilled holes in the underside and mounted on top of the stanchions.

From below. A door will be placed over the zig-zag opening.

Would -you- crawl out on that bow and jump up and down?
Would you?
Really?

My car looking like a homeless guy who repairs boats for a living.

And, the signature image.
Later ...
